Return/Refund Policy
You can return or exchange bathroom accessories (or any product) within 3 days of delivery, by writing to vbhavit@gmail.com
Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns or exchanges are accepted if:
- You received the wrong product
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The product arrived damaged
If It Just Doesn't Meet Your Expectations
If the product is safe and functional but doesn't match your expectations (e.g., color, style), you can still return it—but 5% of the total order value will be deducted for freight and packaging.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 2–3 days after the item arrives at their warehouse.
- For prepaid orders, the amount is refunded back to your payment account.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via NEFT (so you'll need to provide your bank details).
Other Relevant Terms (Broader Policy)
In addition to the 3-day return period:
You may initiate a return within 15 days for defective or damaged products and get a full refund. However, this longer window applies only when the product is defective or faulty.
If you request a return between 15–30 days, you'll be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
Refunds under this policy (the 15-day full-refund and 15–30-day partial refund) are issued within 15 days of approval.
